By registering for our services, you (the "Client") agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you have any concerns or disagree with these Terms, please stop here.

Otherwise, by registering, signing and making a payment, you confirm your acceptance and digital agreement to these Terms.

Section 1: Disclaimers and Waivers

1. While we aim to support your success, please understand that we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, such as growth, income, taxes, tax savings or savings, etc.

2. Our services are focused on delivering the entity as ordered. We do not make any claims or guarantees about financial results or specific outcomes from these services.

3. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Entity Tree and its team harmless from any damages, liabilities, costs, or claims related to your entity.

4. After placing your order, please allow up to 3 days for intake and up to 14 days for your entity to be processed and recorded in the State public records and final delivery to you.

Section 2: Cancellation & Other Rights

1. Three-Day Right: You have the right to cancel your purchase within one business days of payment. After this period, your order will be completed, and your entity will be processed, making cancellation impossible. To cancel within 3 days, please submit a written request to

3. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by Nevada law, and any legal action will be handled exclusively in Nevada courts. Both parties agree to cover their own legal fees and costs if action is brought.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Swan Management and Entity Tree and its affiliates harmless from any damages, liabilities, or legal costs resulting from any breach of this agreement. In no event can indirect, incidental, or consequential damages be recovered.

2. Assignment: We reserve the right to assign this agreement to a third party without prior notice. If this occurs, you agree to direct all payments to the third party as instructed.

3. Digital Signature: By ordering, you agree that your digital signature holds the same weight as a handwritten one, as per the Federal E-Sign Act. We respect your privacy and hold ALL Information securely in our secure server, and any personal or financial information you provide will only be used for the intended for the purposes herein.
